What do you like about Explosive Energy bootcamp?
Explosive Energy motivates me because of the group work out and encouragement I receive while exercising. I’ve tried by myself but I fail to be consistent, with people expecting me to turn up, Explosive Energy bootcamps has gotten me results.

What have you achieved by doing bootcamp?
I’ve lost over 10kg and have gained muscle tone. I don’t puff as much any more walking up stairs and being a tradesman work is a lot easier. I also feel a great sense of achievement and a sense of empowerment over my body that I now know I can improve.

What has kept you going to these classes?
My motivation to attend has been the results of noticeably getting fitter and not wanting to fail my commitment to complete the 4 week goal of Bootcamp. My job as a builder is full of goals and tasks that need to be achieved so after work it’s easy to get slack, but bootcamp really has motivated me again to achieve the goals I set myself.

How do you find the sessions?
I find the hour is a good time length. I know I can give it my all and there is a light at the end of the exercise tunnel. Mixing up the exercises each session is great and not knowing what’s on each day until you arrive stops the anxiety I used to feel about exercising.

What motivates you to keep coming back?
Comments from friends and family about how I have changed physically and the happy endorphins from exercising has made me not as grumpy. (Was I grumpy before? I’m sure I wasn’t :D…)

What results have you got out of doing bootcamp?
So all in all, Explosive Energy has helped me with getting fit, my self esteem, given me more life and a realisation that the body requires movement to be healthy, just sitting around sounds great and easy but it catches up on you.

What do you like about Explosive Energy bootcamp?
Explosive Energy was at a convenient time and location and Michelle is really motivating without making you feel you are being pressured into doing anything you don’t want to.

What have you achieved by doing bootcamp?
With the help of a balanced diet and the 3 nights a week of fitness fun with Explosive Energy I’ve lost 10 kilograms and reached my lifetime goal of becoming pregnant.

What has kept you going to these classes?
Focus on my goal and working in blocks of 6-8 weeks with 2 week breaks. I know then, that if I am dedicated for those 6-8 weeks I have a rest ahead.

How do you find the sessions?
The sessions are fun, challenging, always different and they never feel like they go too long.

What motivates you to keep coming back?
Improvements in my results and the knowledge that should I miss classes, Michelle’s support and motivation was always unwavering.

What results have you got out of doing bootcamp?
I am fitter; I feel great, have more energy and have lost 10 kilograms. After I have my baby I will be back!
